No prices are indicated on this site (this site being an information site).
For all requests for offers, all our prices are invoiced in CHF, including 7,7% VAT.
Prices are subject to change at any time.

50% on order, the net balance within 10 days of receipt of the goods, the date of the invoice being taken. Payments are made by bank transfer or cash according to agreement.
In the event of a settlement period agreed between the parties, this may not exceed 20 days from the date of issue of the invoice. Any situation of late payment also gives the right to the payment of a fixed compensation of CH 50.- minimum for recovery costs.
The characteristics appearing in our catalogs are given for information only, Publi’Jesstion reserves the right to modify or withdraw from sale any technical element or product appearing in the catalog, this at any time and without notice. No obligation to make the same modifications to goods ordered previously.
Any possible complaint must be made upon receipt of the goods and in writing to info@publijesstion.ch.
Any project carried out by us remains our property and can only be used with our agreement. In the case of major projects without follow-up, graphics, project and preparation costs may be invoiced even in the case of an oral contract.
Home delivery by us, except special conditions.
Postal or carrier rates also valid if delivery made by us. Any delay in delivery will in no case be subject to a penalty or cancellation of the order. Delivery dates are given for information only. No cancellation or compensation can be claimed for late delivery. The purchaser may however request the cancellation of his order and the reimbursement of the deposits paid if the equipment cannot be delivered within three months of the agreed date.
It may happen that the quantity delivered varies by +/- 10% compared to the quantity ordered. If this should happen, you will be informed personally.
Respect of the size +/- 1 to 2%
Hardware warranty
Our equipment does not provide any guarantee. Except on household appliances such as freezers.
Publi'Jesstion does not participate in any way in the installation operations (for example, installation of advertising tarpaulins, Roll-up, etc.) and cannot therefore be held responsible for the consequences of these, both from the point of view of civil liability than that of damage that may occur to the equipment. The risks of the goods pass to the buyer as soon as the latter takes possession of them. The goods, even when sold carriage paid, travel at the recipient's risk.
Retention of title
Publi’Jesstion retains ownership of the goods sold until actual and full payment of the price. However, the risks of loss and deterioration of the goods sold and the damage they may cause are transferred to the buyer upon delivery.

We decline all responsibility for the origin and ownership of logos, images, sketches and projects that the client provides or submits to us. Any claims of the author will be charged to the client.
Publication of achievements
Some images of our achievements are likely to be published on our site and our social networks.
The general conditions of sale and orders are governed by Swiss law.
All texts or photos are declared as non-contractual.
The parties agree, in the event of a dispute or litigation, that they will endeavor to reach an amicable settlement.
In the absence of an amicable agreement between the parties, only the Commercial Court of the Canton of Vaud will be competent.
